The minimum rental period for standard furniture is 6 months, and for room-in-room furniture (e.g. private meeting boxes) 12 months. Contracts with unlimited duration have a four-week notice period for cancellation.

A wide selection of our own and partner company furniture products are available for rental. The range also includes furniture for informal lounge zones, formal meeting rooms, project spaces, teamwork zones and social areas. There is plenty of choice to ensure every office is outfitted with a functional, ergonomic, and representative design.

Furniture as a Service (FaaS) furniture is provided to the customer in as-new condition (i.e., with no functional or visual defects). There is no entitlement to new furniture only.

After the initial contract period, exchanges can be made free of charge up to 4 times a year.

The monthly rental price includes the fee for the furniture units, consulting services relating to the furniture scheme requirements, delivery, assembly and placement of the units, servicing of defects, exchange of furniture units and collection of the furniture at the end of the contract.

Additional charges apply for:
• Repair or replacement services due to improper use or lack of care
• Early termination of the contract
• Exchange or return of furniture during the minimum contract period
• Relocation of room-in-room furniture
Additional charges are clearly indicated in the contract. Any further costs will be clarified as necessary.

No. Furniture as a Service (FaaS) is all about flexibility, environmental responsibility, and being a part of a sustainable circular economy. Achieving this is only possible witha rental model. Selling the furniture breaks the cycle of reuse, repair, and recycling, and leads to increased use of resources.
