Good quality office furnishing as mark of appreciation.

Following a relocation, insurance consultancy Simply Services AG took the opportunity to rethink their office design. They opted for a high quality interior scheme to emphasise how the company values its team, using colours and materials chosen to promote an immediate sense of wellbeing.

The aim of the new office concept is to intensify dialogue between employees. The 68 spacious and open-plan workstations are spread over two storeys. Light-brown lockers dominate the office furnishings. The acoustic partitions between two workstations are also a friendly light-brown colour. The black office swivel chairs, on the other hand, are modelled on the dark carpet and thus blend inconspicuously into the room. Simply Services AG deliberately chose the colours in the new offices to create a pleasant atmosphere for employees and customers.

One highlight is the lounge with kitchen, elevated countertop, and inviting swivel armchairs in lead grey. Other zones such as meeting and consultation rooms or retreats complement the two open-plan offices.

"We wanted the zoning and utilisation of the space to be optimally tailored to the requirements of the individual departments," says CEO Volkan Doldur. "Lista Office LO has successfully realised our needs in the new office concept."

Colours and materials blend harmoniously into the existing room concept. A cosy and inviting atmosphere prevails in all zones. The available space is optimally utilised in favour of efficient collaboration and processes.
